01

Handle the edges

Clean hands reduce fingerprints and skin oils. Lift larger panels with two hands and avoid flexing them. Do not place the printed face directly against rough surfaces.

02

Remove dust first

Use a clean soft lint-free cloth to remove loose dust before applying moisture. Wiping grit across a glossy surface can create fine scratches.

Use only compatible cleaners

Coatings differ. Follow the print provider or coating manufacturer’s instructions. When no specific instruction is available, test a small inconspicuous area and avoid abrasive powders, scouring pads and aggressive solvents.

ChromaLuxe product literature lists certain common cleaners for its own products, but that guidance should not be assumed for every coated aluminum brand.

04

Choose the display location

Keep indoor products in the environment they were designed for. Avoid constant condensation, direct contact with strong chemicals and mounting systems that put uneven stress on the panel.

05

Store and transport carefully

Separate printed faces with clean non-abrasive material, protect corners and keep rigid panels flat or supported. Do not use dirty recycled interleaving against a finished surface.

If the print arrives with protective packaging, retain suitable components for future moves.
